HOW TO REDUCE WEIGHT

Hi guys welcome to my article and here im going to show you some provisions to follow for weight loss.Belly fat is the right reason for living unhealthy life because having those belly fat causes many disorders to our body.



Eating unhealthy food,doing job on sitting position,eating fatty and junk foods and being rest on entire days is the reason for attaining belly fat.By doing treatments for fat loss causes major side effects.Therefore the following provisions help you to reduce belly fat in natural ways without any side effects.



Doing exercise helps only 20% to reduce weight.The remaining 80% depends on our foods.Therefore concentrate more on your kind of food consumption than going to gym.



Eating hotel foods,fast foods,oil rich foods,snakes and soft drinks must be avoided.Also drink green tea and lemon tea instead of tea and coffee.



During 3 to 4 pm called as "Magic hours".During this hours we should eat rich protein snakes instead of oil rich snakes and soft drinks.Eating fruits is also better.



By doing this provisions it is able to control metabolism,sugar and insulin content in our body.so that your weight will be controlled.
