10 FOODS TO BE TAKEN FOR REDUCING WEIGHT

Hi people welcome to my article and here im going to say the foods has to be taken for reducing weight.




No 1 : Drinking olive oil

People who need weight reduction must consume olive oil daily to burn bad fat.But it should not be heated because its microorganism may destroy.




No 2 : Eating apples

Apples contains much vitamins and anti oxident which helps to heal bad fat so that people who need immediate weight loss effect must consume at least three apples daily.




No 3 : Eating banana

Banana contains potassium,calcium,magnesium and vitamins which helps to heal bad fat.Banana can be consumed daily after lunch break.




No 4 : Eating acid fruits

Acid fruits like lemon,orange grapes...etc. possess vitamin c which reduces insulin content in body so that the fat which digest food is digested.




No 5 : Eating sea foods

Sea foods like fish,prawn...etc. possess omega 3 fatty acid which helps to heal bad fat.




No 6 : Eating watermelon

Watermelon contains much water and potassium content which supply enough energy to body so that it doesn't expect for much foods.




No 7 : Eating badam

Badam has omega 3 and rich proteins which control sugar in our body. so that it is useful to consume at least 3 or 4 badams daily.

Avocado contains oleic acid which controls hungry.Also it has rich fiber and good fat so that belly fat is controlled.




No 9 : Eating tomato

Tomato helps to control cholesterol content in blood so that your weight can be controlled but eating raw tomato is better than cooked tomato.




No 10 : Eating berries

Berries like strawberry,blue berry and black berry helps to reduce fat and its anthocyanins content helps to control sugar in blood.
