DON'T HEAT THIS FOODS AGAIN

Hi guys welcome to my article and here im going to show you some foods which should not be heat up and eat again.



Foods which are cooked on hotels should be eaten immediately.it should not be heat up and eat again because that food may be cooked at any time.




Milk has to be heat up when needed and drink it immediately likewise tea,coffee are not be heat up again because its taste may change.



Spinaches should not be heat up again. By doing so its nitrates content may change into chemical compound and causes cancer.



Food items like dhal and cereals should not be heat up again.By doing so its protein content may evaporates.Therefore those are consumed immediately after cooked.



Mushrooms should not be heat up again because while cutting mushrooms its proteins starts to reduce.Therefore it should be consumed immediately as soon as possible after cooked to attain its full nutrition.



Meat like chicken,mutton,beef...etc.should not be kept in fridge to heat up again to eat.Because by heating up this rich protein meat may cause some problem on digestive system and causes food poisoning.
