Hi guys welcome to my article and here im going to show you some foods for weight gain.Being slim is healthy but being very slim is not healthy which collapse your appearance and make you ugly.
Your weight gain process majorly depends on calorie intake and calorie burning process.Therefore the following tips helps to those who are underweight from Body Mass Index (BMI).
No 1 : Increase the amount of calorie intake which means take extra 500 calories while eating food.
No 2 : If you are very slim then try to consume more ice-creams because which are rich in calories.
No 3 : Drink five litres of water per day for proper weight gain.
No 4 : Drink a glass of milk with protein powder daily before going to sleep.
No 5 : Eat four slice of roasted bread with ghee as a snack.
No 6 : Instead of three eat six times per day on moderate level to experience the weight gain.
No 7 : Eat much snacks between the intervals of food consumption but take food after two hours of snack to feel weight difference within a week.
No 8 : Doing exercise is not means to reduce weight.it helps to keep you strong and body in shape.
