FOODS SHOULD NEVER EAT ON EMPTY STOMACH

Hi, peoples welcome to my article and here im going to show you the foods we should never eat on empty stomach

No 1 : Drinking coffee

By drinking coffee on empty stomach heavily affect our health in various ways.Therefore, it is must to be avoided.




No 2 : Eating cucumber

Cucumber contains good nutrition and water content but in case of empty stomach it must be avoided because it may causes stomach pain and heart burn effect.




No 3 : Eating banana

bananas are rich in magnesium so by eating it on empty stomach increases magnesium content in blood which may affect heart.




No 4 : Eating sweets

By eating sweets on empty stomach increase the insulin content in blood which may lead to diabetes so it should be avoided.




No 5 : Eating tomato

By eating tomato on empty stomach create sore in gastric and its tannin content causes acidity so it is better to be avoided.




No 6 : Drinking soda

By drinking soda or soft drink on empty stomach reduces blood flow and causes cold which may leads to disorders in digestive system.




No 7 : Eating yogurt

When you eat yogurt on empty stomach its lactic acid content increases hydrochloric acid on body which may cause many disorders to the body.




No 8 : Eating spicy foods

By eating spicy foods causes some disturbance to digestive system and also creates heartburn.
