THINGS YOU SHOULD NEVER DO AFTER TAKING FOOD

Hi peoples welcome to my article and here im going to say you the activities you should never do after taking food. 

No 1 : Smoking after food

Generally smoking causes many diseases because single cigarette contains 60 carcinogen but smoking single cigarette after taking food is equal to smoking  10 cigarette at a time therefore, it is must be avoided.




No 2 : Eating fruits after food

By eating fruits after taking food causes some restriction to digestive system and also increases salt content in stomach so the right time to eat fruits is morning session.




No 3 : Drinking tea after food

Don't drink tea after food because the tannin content in tea restrict the body to absorb proteins from the food so that it leads to the reduction of iron power in the body.




No : 4 Don't sleep after taking food

By sleeping after taking food causes the digestive fluid from the stomach to raise above through intestine which leads to heartburn effect so that taking immediate sleep after food must be avoided.




No : 5 Don't take bath after food

By taking bath after food causes some interruption on blood flow as wall as slow down the speed of blood flow also drinking water before food slow down the digestive process.
