DON'T EAT THESE FOODS TOGETHER

Welcome to my article and here im going to show you the foods which should not eat together.In general,peoples always aware of consuming healthy foods but it is also must to concentrate on kind of foods consuming together.Therefore this article is the concept of creating awareness about those wrong food combinations.come,let's see.



It is noticeable that fish and milk are bad to health while consuming together.The proteins,amino acid and mineral salt in fish is good for eyes,heart problems and asthma but eating fish along with milk corrupt blood and prevent uniform blood flow in your body.


By eating bananas along with milk increases the possibility of attaining cold.



Eating watermelon along with milk creates gas problem on stomach.



It is necessary to avoid eating fruits after a meal because in general simple sugar on fruits doesn't need digestion so it will not stay long in stomach but eating foods which are rich in protein,fat,starch...etc.requires long time for digestion so it stay long in stomach.Therefore eating fruits after a meal its sugar stay long in stomach and increases sugar content in body.



Consuming more proteins may take improper or long time for digestion.Therefore eating rich protein foods like egg and milk together must be avoided.



By eating ghee and honey together causes several disorders to the body.



According to ayurveda spinaches must be consumed separately but eating those along with milk our body may fail to attain its full nutrition.



Also eating fish or any other fried items along with curd must be avoided.



It is adviceable to eat sweet and tart fruits separately but eating together causes several disorders to bile and stomach.



Eating acid fruits like orange along with milk curdle those milk and convert it to mucus substance which leads to cold.



Also drinking fruit juice along with cereals destroy the enzyme responsible for digestion of starch from cereals.Therefore those juice is better to drink 30 minutes before breakfast.
