Welcome to my article and here im going to show you the foods which should not keep on fridge.Now a days fridge become one of the necessary device in every houses and also available on cheap price.But peoples don't know that what kind of foods should not kept on fridge so by doing this mistakes they overcome the problems of weight gain,heart problem,high cholesterol,blood pressure,cancer...etc.That's why I have created this video for avoiding those mistakes. come let's see those food items.
No 1 : White bread are considered as unhealthy food in general because it has no fibrous energy and keeping this bread on fridge is not hygiene so try to leave this kind of habit and eat bread made of grains because they are rich in nutrition and good to heart.
No 2 : Fat less curd or milk is not healthy for body because during the process of fat removal its nutrients also removed.Therefore consuming those item by keeping on fridge is harmful to the body.
No 3 : Mayonnaise are mostly available on every fridge but this recipe is not healthy as well as rich in calories.Therefore it is advicable to use mustard sauce instead of mayonnaise.
No 4 : Soft drinks are harmful to human body also keeping those on fridge leads to increase of toxic on it but they are necessary items on every fridge.Therefore it is advicable to drink home made fruit juice without sugar instead of soft drinks.
No 5 : Consuming meat which are preserved on fridge must be avoided because according to research it is proved that the well refrigerated meat may have carcinogen which may leads to the form of cancer.
No 6 : Bananas are not right fruits to keep on fridge because they are yield from tropical climate so that its cells can't bear cold as a result it turn black and lose nutrients.
No 7 : The well refridgerated tomato leads to the damage of its membranes or layer then result in the loss of its flavour or taste as bit watery and unriped.
