If you blink your eyes 16 times per minute to maintain moisture on eyes but while using computers you blink only 5 or 6 times.Therefore it leads to eye dryness and itch.Ok let's see the prevention measures to get rid of computer vision syndrome.
It is must to avoid direct or straight vision on computer screen.Therefore keeping the computer screen slightly upwards or downwards while using is better.
Mostly the room with computers are air conditioned for its better performance.Therefore the moisture content on room will be low as well as you blink your eyes very less while using computer so during intervals it is better to close your eyes and spin your eye ball to prevent eye dryness.
It is adviceable to wear specially made eye glasses to prevent the radiation from computer even peoples with contact lens should wear this glass for eye safety.
Computer screen brightness should be kept on moderate level to reduce the effect of its radiation.Also the distance of nearly 20 inch must be maintained between computer screen and your eyes.
