HOW TO PREVENT HEART ATTACK

Hi guys welcome to my article and here im going to show you some vitamins and nutrients necessary for the prevention of heart attack or heart problems.Generally, heart problems occur due to the blockage of blood vessels to the heart.Therefore blood supply to the heart will reduce then causes several problems.



Vitamin D : vitamin d is not only good for bones but also important for blood vessels to the heart.Peoples who have vitamin d deficiency having the possibility of attaining heart and paralysis problems.Our human body attain vitamin d from foods like fish,mushroom,egg and from sunlight.



Magnesium : This mineral salt energy is available on mainute level on every cells of our body and is good for blood vessels to the heart.According to research magnesium is the important energy necessary for the prevention of heart disease.cashew nut,badham and anjeer are those which are rich in magnesium content.



Calcium : calcium energy is necessary for heart muscles because it is important for proper shrinkage and expansion of heart during breath but excess calcium may disorder the performance of heart.Milk,yogurt,cheese,almonds...etc are calcium rich foods.



Potassium : This mineral salt is also necessary for shrinkage and expansion of heart.Potassium deficiency causes abnormal heart beat and performance.Food items like banana,tomato,potato and spinaches are rich in potassium.



Folate : This vitamin B9 folate fulfill the requirements of baby for pregnant ladies.If your body have enough folate then it reduces the chance of heart problems to the extent of 10%.Foods like broccoli,egg,spinach and sun flower seeds are rich in folate content.



Vitamin B12 : This vitamin b12 helps for nerves performance,red blood cells production,immunity power...etc.Therefore vitamin b12 deficiency is the serious problem which represent the symptoms of fatigue and joints pain.Generally, vitamin b12 is gained from non veg foods as well as from milk and eggs.



Thiamine B1 : This vitamin deficiency causes some problem on nervous system.Also research said that peoples who have heart problems possess thiamine deficiency.Food items like green spinach,grains,dark vegetables,pulses and non veg es contains this vitamin.


Vitamin K2 : This is the most rare vitamin among peoples which help our body to absorbed calcium energy from food items.This vitamins are present in egg,milk and milk orientated foods.



Omega 3 : This nutrient majorly prevent us from heart problems bcoz it produces good fat by reducing bad fat and also oppose from attaining cancer.omega 3 is heavily present in fish.
