How to get sleep fast at night

Welcome to my article and here im going to some tips & tricks to attain peaceful sleep during night.Now a days even peoples who work heavily on day time feel hard to take relaxation sleep during night.Therefore they constantly change their sleeping position and disturb neighbours sleep which may sometime leads to big arguments on midnight.



Somebody consume sleeping pills to create sleep but it is fully dangerous because you should not consume those tablets without doctors advice or else you may get addicted and can't sleep without sleeping pills in future.



There are some natural activities available which may help you to attain better sleep let's see.Before going to sleep drink a glass of warm milk which may create good sleep.



Before sleep drown your both feet into warm water for 15 minutes which may help you to generate sleep.Eating mini dinner before 8 pm may create peaceful sleep.



Taking walk for 20 minutes and then taking bath with warm water before going to sleep helps to create relaxation sleep.



Psychiatrist says that while in sleeping trouble spread your hands and legs widely then dream of your ambition with closed eyes gradually creates long lasting sleep likewise doctors says that counting numbers with closed eyes may also helps to attain sleep.



Most of us have sleeping trouble due to stress.Mentally humans attains stress due to over secretion of adrenaline from adrenal gland which create nervousness on mind and affect your sleep.



Therefore to control the secretion of adrenaline the easy method which undercomes from yoga may help you.This method is called as 4-7-8 method with the position as shown in figure then inhale your breathe slowly for first 4 seconds and then hold that breathe on lungs for next 7 seconds and atlast exhale your breathe slowly for next 8 seconds.

What happens when you hold in your pee

Welcome to my article and here im going to show you the problems of holding your urine.In general,going to toilets is the natural way of eliminating waste from body among those elimination of liquid waste through urine is one.



But most of us holding to pee due to various circumstances.At this situation the cylindrical sphincters on bladder close up tightly to prevent the leakage of urine through urethra.However this activity may leads to several bacterial infection on bladder or kidney.



In average the capacity of urinary bladder is 474 milli litre but this may vary according to weight,height and size of human.When your bladder got filled it send signal to brain that its right time to pee.Therefore try to do it as soon as possible or else storing urine for long time on bladder leads to several infections that is the impurities of urine lap on the inner layer of bladder which tends to create stone or tumour.



If you have a habit of holding in your pee for ages, you're subjecting yourself to pretty serious long-term effects, including a higher risk of infection.Constantly holding in your pee can weaken your bladder muscles, which could lead to urinary retention that is the dreaded condition that prevents you from being able to fully empty your bladder when you pee, which means you feel like peeing a lot.



Holding in large amounts of urine for an extended period of time also exposes your body to potentially harmful bacteria, which can increase your chances of getting a urinary tract infection (UTI) or bladder infection.The problems of kidney failure and sperm count reduction may happen due to this activities.



It is not much dangerous by holding urine after drinking plenty of water.Therefore try to consume water rich foods or cool drinks.For pregnant ladies holding urine may infect their child although the child is protected by uterus it may be infected easily through urine.

Welcome to my article and here im going to show you some disadvantages of wearing heels.During various time periods the height of heels varies high & low then today it reached an enormous height and specifically attracting youths through cinema & advertisements but most of us don't know that this heels are the main culprit for foot and ankle compliants.



It offers aesthetic appearance to your leg as well as helps to show taller to the extent of 5 - 6 inch for short people.But its very dangerous for peoples who walk longer or climbing staircase because it may slip at any time.Therefore history says that the list of peoples who slipped down by heels is longer than the length of china wall.



it is natural that if your spine attains any imbalance it causes pain.Therefore wearing heels leads to spinal pain due to imbalance of your body.



Beauty experts says people who are wearing heels should walk as usual that landing heel first and then front leg or else it may slip you.Therefore before going out with heels practice well at your home to execute better.



Most of the women suffer from foot pain after walking with high heels. Because of high heels the entire pressure of body is concentrated on the feet.If this happens for a longer time it can cause foot and even hip pain.



Usage of heels for long period leads to tightness of foot muscles and remains unrelivable.Espicially for fatty person the problems may double.While walking with heels your feet slide down and crush toes of your fingers which leads to ingrown nails that is growing of nails inside flesh then causes serious pain.
