HOW TO GAIN HEIGHT FOR BOTH MEN AND WOMEN

Hi guys welcome to my article and here im going to show you some diet for gaining height.Espicially this diets are suitable for adults( age above 18 ).




No 1 : Milk are rich in calcium,proteins and are easily digestable.Milk is necessary for strengthening of bones and growth of human body.it also helps for building tissues in our body.Therefore it is advicable to drink two glasses of milk daily.




No 2 : If you are seeking for gaining height then try to eat more bananas because which are rich in potassium.This potassium help your bones to attain calcium energy Therefore it helps to strengthen your bones.The manganese in banana helps to protect the health of bones.




No 3 : Eating chicken majorly helps for body growth by generating muscles and tissues.Also chickens are rich in protein.Therefore,to attain required protein for height gain you should eat 50 grams of chicken daily.




No 4 : Fish are majorly useful for gaining height.espicially duna,salmon and sardine are rich in vitamin D and protein which are necessary for body growth.Vitamin D is also present in calcium rich foods.




No 5 : Eggs are good for peoples from kids to elders because it possess ingredients like calcium,vitamin D and vitamin B2 for healthy body.Eggs are cheap in cost and can be consumed 3 - 5 eggs per weak.If you are hesitating for weight gain then remove yellow portion insead eat white portion of eggs
