DISADVANTAGES OF AVOIDING BREAKFAST

Hi guys welcome to my article and here im going to show you some disadvantages of avoiding breakfast.



If you have the disorders like joints pain,fatigue,concentration problem,body weakness...etc.Then it may be the reason for vitamin b12 deficiency.Espicially,youngsters facing this deficiency due to improper intake of food and diet control.



In case of weight loss you should gradually reduce it through exercise but reducing the food intake is wrong because it creates various vitamins and nutrients deficiency in your body.



By consuming improper breakfast causes diabetes problem,vitamins and iron power deficiency,reduction of glucose in blood,heart burn effect...etc.Therefore addition of fruits,vegetables,spinaches,pulses and dry fruits along with breakfast is necessary.Also it is better to eat breakfast within 9 am.



According to research most of the gents are exist with vitamin b12 deficiency.As well as most of the ladies exists with the deficiency of hemoglobin and anemea on blood.Also drinking coffee leads to vitamin deficiency.



While consulting doctor,Do blood test to know the kind of vitamin deficiency.Also check the amount of hemoglobin in blood.If it is below twelve gram then it may leads to blood clot.



Avoid eating tablets for vitamin deficiency because it can't attain much vitamin to body.Therefore consumption of rich vitamin foods like fish,eggs,liver and milk is better.



The vitamin B12 is important for operating the cells of brain and nerves.Therefore its deficiency causes disorders like fatigue,stress and nervous problems.Also this vitamin deficiency occurs due to intestinal surgery,gas and anemia problems,weight loss surgeries,drinking alcohol,consumption of more medicine,vegeterian peoples...etc.Therefore consumption of proper breakfast or vitamin rich foods is necessary.
